Recommended films

It's been all action in the last few days,I've spotted Alec Baldwin in the saatchi gallery,i saw Mark Kermode and Jason Isaac at the bbc 5 live radio thingy and I've come home and spotted three people I know,one of which was my old art teacher. Inspired by Mark Kermode I thought I'd post 3 films that I have watched recently and really enjoyed and recommend them.

This film is full of suspense and James Stewart is look as fine as ever in it.

Strangely sexy main guy character with an overgrown beard and his girlfriend who is pregnant. This film is so sweet,with loads of weirdo characters in it,really good! This film also has a lovely soundtrack.

An American Were Wolf in London(1981)
Director : John Landis
I didn't want to watch this film for aaaages because I didn't even realise what it would be about. I was imagining it to be boring but it's amazing! The director combines the background noise of a porno movie to people suggesting ways in which the main character should kill himself. I also loved the stereotypical northerners and the fact that every song in the film had the word 'moon' in its title.

I'm not even sure what this is about or what it's promoting but radomnly stumbled upon it on youtube and it has made my night. It has all my favourite minor celebrities in it. Enjoy.

Untitled 2010

I will title this piece soon. It's a 3-D collage with a bit of role reversal and humour thrown in. There is a framed quality to the piece and the objects interact with each other nicely. I am happy with the piece of the overall response to it. I was aprehensive as this is the first piece i have shown which is not a painting,but I got positive reactions and a lot of good feedback in my seminar this morning. I have now got to grips with the idea that I am an image maker and I am excited about what I'm going to make this year!
